Click Excel Icon to Export.  After a report has been executed the option to click the    ‘Save as Excel’ button is available. Click the button.

Save the Excel File.  Choose the destination on your computer where you want the Excel file to be saved. Change the file type to ‘FMW Web report in Excel format (2007)(.xlsx). Click the button. After saving, the Excel file should open automatically. If it does not automatically launch; go to the location you saved it and open it manually.

  Drill-down Option Not Available.  When viewing reports in Excel, the expand/collapse feature is no longer available. The view matches the drill down when the Excel export took place. If you want certain rows to be expanded to greater detail; you must do this before you export to Excel.


 View Formulas.  In the Excel format you may click on any cell to see the formula calculation displayed.



  View Multiple Reports on Individual Worksheets. If multiple reports are executed at run time, the reports appear in separate worksheet tabs when exported to Excel.
